주식회사 스토리에이아이웍스(이하 「회사」)는 홈페이지(storyaiworks.com)와 회사가 내부 업무용으로 운영하는 도구에서 처리하는 정보에 대해 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
1. 홈페이지 방문자
- 홈페이지는 회원가입·로그인·입력 양식이 없으며, 방문자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 회사 업무 도구와 Google 계정 연결
회사는 회사가 소유·관리하는 YouTube 채널에 회사 영상을 올리고 관리하기 위해 Google API(YouTube Data API)를 사용하는 내부 도구를 운영합니다. 이 도구는 회사 구성원이 회사 계정으로만 사용하며, 일반 이용자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
- 쓰는 권한: 동영상 업로드, 동영상 정보(제목·설명·태그·썸네일·공개 상태) 수정, 재생목록 관리, 채널 정보 읽기.
- 쓰는 목적: 회사 채널의 영상 게시·관리에만 씁니다.
- 보관: 연결 토큰은 회사가 관리하는 업무용 컴퓨터에만 보관하며, 외부에 공유하지 않습니다.
- 제3자 제공: Google 계정에서 받은 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 넘기지 않으며, 광고·AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 회사의 Google API 정보 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따릅니다.
- 연결 해제: 언제든 Google 계정 → 서드 파티 연결에서 접근 권한을 취소할 수 있으며, 회사에 요청하시면 보관 중인 토큰을 지웁니다.
3. 소셜 미디어 게시
회사는 회사·구성원 소유의 Instagram 계정에 콘텐츠를 게시하기 위해 Meta의 Instagram API를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 경우에도 해당 계정의 게시·관리 목적으로만 쓰며, 받은 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy
1. Website visitors
- Our website (storyaiworks.com) has no sign-up, login or forms, and does not collect personal information from visitors.
- Videos on the website are played through the embedded YouTube player, which may process data under Google's Privacy Policy.
- If you email us, we keep your address and message only to reply.
2. Internal tools and Google account access
We operate an internal tool that uses Google APIs (YouTube Data API) to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels owned and managed by the company. It is used only by company members with company accounts and is not offered to the public.
- Scopes used: upload videos, edit video metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy status), manage playlists, read channel information.
- Purpose: publishing and managing the company's own channel content only.
- Storage: access tokens are stored only on company-managed work computers and are never shared.
- Sharing: we do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, and do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Revoking access: you can revoke access at any time at Google Account → Third-party connections; on request we delete stored tokens.
3. Social media publishing
We may use Meta's Instagram API to publish content to Instagram accounts owned by the company or its members, solely to publish and manage those accounts. We do not share data received from it with third parties.
